Officer of Strategic Purchasing

Náplň práce:

• searching for possible savings with current suppliers of direct material and services,
• preparation of selection procedures and tenders for direct nd direct materials,
• preparation and conclusion of contracts with supppliers, management of business negotiations about delivery terms and prices,
• regular suppliers visits and audits of new and current suppliers,
• selection of suppliers with the participation of the R&D department for new projects,
• responsibility for the annual assessment of suppliers,
• responsibility for processes ROHS, REACH,
• support of the logistic department in case of repeated problems with material deliveries,
• communication with other departments and sections within the company,
• participation in the creation and implementation of the company’s purchasing strategy,
• monthly reporting to the department head.

Požadujeme:

• Personality requirements and skills
• experience in purchasing or technical education is necessary,
• knowledges in the field of purchasing dense materials, electrotechnical components, services and technologies are welcome,
• knowledge of the English language- managing business negotiations,
• knowledge of the German languages is a great advantage,
• excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate in business meetings,
• experience with auditing suppliers and conducting business negotiations,
• experience with technical purchasing and ability to read technical drawings is an advantage,
• willingness to travel within the EU,
• driving license- active driver,
• stress resistance, independence.
